Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee prior to October 27, 2008. After that date, no refunds will be given.
*All fees must be paid in U.S. dollars. Checks must be drawn in U.S. dollars, on a U.S. bank, and made payable to the Society for Basic Urologic Research
(SBUR) (Tax ID #36-360-7930). Be sure to print your name on the check.
